On Cutie - Age 6-1/4

Size 1 shoe (for about a year now)
Size 6 clothes. On the thin size. Still a vegetarian because she doesn't want to kill animals.
Can do a great cartwheel, split, back bend. In ice skating she can do a waltz jump, salchow, and flip.
She loves The New Yorker covers and is reading cartoons. Almost all I have to sort of explain which is hard to do when there's a lot of sex involved.
She's reading both English and Hebrew.
Piano starts next month with Synchro Intro class is over.
How did I get so lucky?

What To Do?

A friend posts a link on facebook about how hard it is to raise kids. Maybe I'm just lucky, but Cutie is the easiest job I ever had - or maybe I'm just doing it wrong or maybe I'm the best mom ever.
The question - If I put it out there what am I really saying? Right - But I'm not really saying it. Do I keep it to myself? Yes - that's proper FB etiquette.

Happy New Year

Two articles I happened to read last week in the Financial Times 12/29/10 that I believe are important.
ChemChina to buy 60% stake in Israel's Makhteshim Agan Industries (MA Indsutries) for 1.4 bn. And an Op Ed article by Parag Khanna, Future shock? Welcome to the new Middle Ages.
Strong China, India, Islam spreding, Europe in crises, private mercenary armies, religious radicals - What should we plan for?
